ALL PRODUCTS ARE CAREFULLY DESIGNED, MANUFACTURED, AND PACKAGED TO MEET YOUR SATISFACTION. IF, FOR ANY REASON, YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE YOU MANY RETURN IT TO US WITHIN THE PERIOD OF GUARANTEE FOR REFUND. WE ASK ONLY THAT YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH YOU RECEIVED IT. IF YOU NEED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS GUARANTEE, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

All returns of products sold directly through WWW.PETMEDLOG.COM must returned in the original packaging, and must be accompanied with an original proof of purchase/invoice, a completed Return Form, AND a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly indicated in BOLD NUMBERS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

If the buyer necessitates returning a product(s), the buyer must contact Tinc inc. customer service at 613.728.TINC (8462) for an RMA number and return instructions. All products returned without an original proof of purchase/invoice, a completed Return Form, and an RMA number will be refused and redirected back to the buyer.

Please note that merchandise sold through retailers and not directly through WWW.PETMEDLOG.COM are subject to the return policy of the retailer and can only be returned at the retailer. Such merchandise will be refused if returned to Tinc inc., and will be redirected back to the buyer.

 
STEP 1: Verify the Period of Guarantee for Refund table below to make sure you can take advantage of our return policy.


STEP 2: Get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to return your purchase. All products returned without an RMA number will be refused and redirected back to the buyer. Please call a Tinc inc. customer service representative for your RMA number,
Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, at 613.728.TINC (8462).

**IMPORTANT**

Please note that we want to know as soon as possible if you have received damages/defective merchandise or if you have been mis-shipped. Please contact us withing 5 business days so that we can help you with your claim right away.


STEP 3: Package item for return
Carefully wrap the items to be returned in the original packaging. On the back of the original purchase/invoice that came in the box with your purchase, you’ll find a Return Form. Please complete it and include it in your package back to Tinc inc. All products returned without an original proof of purchase/invoice AND a completed Return Form will be refused and redirected back to the buyer.


STEP 4: Ship package

Please make sure that your return includes:
(1) The original packaging
(2) An original proof of purchase/invoice
(3) A completed Return Form
(4) A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly indicated in BOLD NUMBERS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

ALL PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT THESE 4 THINGS WILL BE REFUSED AND REDIRECTED BACK TO THE BUYER.



If we have shipped you an item that you are not pleased with, you may exchange it. The easiest way is to return the item to Tinc inc. following the instructions for HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? (below-left) and then by placing another order. Once we receive your return at our distribution center, we will credit your account within 14 business days.
 

All products are carefully designed, manufactured, and packaged to meet your satisfaction. Tinc inc. is committed to making sure you are pleased with your purchase. If you have received a damaged/defective item, or if an item has been sent in error, we want to know as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem. Please contact a Tinc inc. customer service representative WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, at 613.728.TINC (8462). We will be happy to assist you.

Please note that Tinc inc. is not responsible for damages that occurred during shipping. Although we will certainly try to assist you in your claim, these matters are to be taken up with the shipping company directly.

 
You are responsible to pay for the return shipping. However, in the unlikely event you received incorrect or damaged/defective merchandise, please let us know. We will not charge you for the shipping of the replacement merchandise, and will reimburse you fully, including shipping, for the returned merchandise.
