PetMedLog stores and returns what you and your veterinarian put into it. It does not try to be the vet.
Reminders that stop at "due"
A reminder names the pet and the item and says it is due. It never restates the dose, never tells you what to do, and never escalates if you have not answered it. Quiet hours are yours to set.
Who logged it, on every entry
Each dose, reading and visit carries the name of the person who recorded it and the time they did, at full size. In a household where two people share the care, that line is what stops a second dose.
Vitals and weight, as entered
Measurements are shown exactly as you typed them, next to the date. Every chart sits beside a table of the same numbers. Nothing is graded, coloured by value or called normal.

What PetMedLog keeps

What it will not do
- Diagnose a condition or interpret a symptom
- Recommend a treatment or a medication
- Calculate, suggest or convert a dose
- Call a reading normal, high, low, good or bad
- Produce a health score, grade, streak or adherence percentage
- Replace a licensed veterinarian, or act as an emergency service
Nothing you record is ever taken away.
Reading your records, logging a dose, receiving reminders and exporting everything are outside every plan. A plan raises how many pets you can add — and nothing else.
