Cancelling takes nothing away. Every pet, dose, reading and document already on file stays readable, you can go on logging doses, reminders keep arriving, and CSV export and full backup keep working. A lapsed plan closes off adding another animal. That is the whole of it.
About the prices
The figures above are US pricing. Subscriptions are sold and managed by the store the app came from — Apple through the App Store, or Google through Google Play — which shows the price in your own currency before you buy, and that price, not this page, is the one that applies. The app compiles in no price at all: it asks the store and renders whatever the store answers. Both stores are given the same figures, so a household with one of each pays the same on both.
Plus and Premium are each offered monthly or yearly. A year costs the same as ten months bought one at a time; nothing else differs between the two, and neither one unlocks anything the other does not. Every subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time on the device: in Settings ▸ Apple Account ▸ Subscriptions on iOS, or in Google Play ▸ Payments and subscriptions on Android. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under that store’s own policy.
Archived pets do not count
Archiving a pet keeps the whole record readable and takes it out of the count of animals you are caring for. An owner whose pet has died should not have to pay to record the next one.
